Studio Policy regarding COVID-19 

We take great pride in keeping our studio clean.  In addition to our normal cleaning practices, we implemented a few more to help prevent the transmission of COVID-19.  Please take a moment to review the new policies below.     

  1. Please do not come to the studio if you recently traveled, have been exposed to COVID or someone with COVID, or are experiencing flu or cold-like symptoms.

  2. Clients must wash their hands with soap and water for 20 seconds upon entering and leaving the studio.  Save the hand sanitizer and eye rolls.  We will still have you wash your hands even if you say that you sanitized your hands in the car. 

  3. Please wear a breathable face mask.  Certain exceptions will be made on a case-by case basis.  For many reasons, we do not like wearing face masks, so this will become optional, as soon as, it is safe to do so.

  4. All participants must bring a pair of socks (preferably ones with grips) and a small hand towel.  

  5. Wearing gloves is optional.  We wash the hand straps regularly.  However, if you would like to purchase your own straps ($38-49/pair), please let us know and we will try to create a bulk order.  Shipping to Hawaii from the manufacturer is very costly.

  6. The machines are already 6 ft. apart.  They are cleaned after each use by the client.  Additionally, we are rotating the use of the machines to avoid using them more than once/twice a day.  The machines are further disinfected with Clorox or Lysol after a full rotation.  We also sanitize the door knobs, light switches, and faucet handles at least once a day. 

  7. While we attempt to do our best to keep you safe and healthy from COVID-19 and similar viruses, we cannot guarantee that it will not be transmitted in our studio.  As such, this is a risk that you must be willing to take while training at our studio.  All clients will be asked to complete a COVID-19 liability waiver.  Should you decline to sign the waiver, we will cancel your reservation and give you a refund.
