The Firm Pilates Studio in Honolulu is a modern innovative Pilates Studio. We offer fun challenging efficient exercise programs based on the Pilates Method. It is a full-service Pilates Studio complete with Balanced Body Reformers, EXO chairs, Pilates Arcs, barrels, mats, and Cadillac. We are a BASI Pilates affiliate studio.
The studio is our playground to enjoy with friends and family, to escape the stress of work and everyday life, and to restore balance to our bodies and lives. We offer energizing group reformer classes and Pilates mat & Barre fitness classes throughout the day, 6 days a week. We also provide private and semi-private sessions to fit individual needs and encourage regular practice. Our diverse clientele, including beginners and professional athletes, absolutely love our customized programs. High school athletic teams and corporations also enjoy our custom programs. The Firm was retained by Zippy's, and most recently, Kaiser Permanente Medical Group, to teach Pilates at their corporate wellness/professional development day events.
Our goal is to teach clients about body alignment, body awareness, proper body movement, and peak performance to develop one's Active Body Harmony for solid results and long lasting health. After all, good health is the key to enjoying life to the fullest. Active Body Harmony keeps the active person's body in optimal working order.

Pilates is an efficient low-impact workout that firms and tones the body by improving muscular core function. Specifically, Pilates is a repertoire of fundamental exercises modified to challenge the body at any level or address individual needs. Pilates requires focus and concentration to actively target specific muscle groups through breath and movement.
The core focus of Pilates promotes good posture and enhances athletic performance. Pilates also provides overall body awareness, strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
Regardless of your athletic strength or experience, Pilates is for everyone. The young, young at heart, and the curious soul will always find something fun and challenging with Pilates. Women and men of all ages (8-80) and athletic abilities (including Professional athletes, dancers, former college football and basketball players, military, seniors, and expectant mothers) are currently exploring the benefits of The Firm Pilates Studio. Socks and towels are required when using Pilates equipment.
Do not wear perfume, cologne or body lotion to The Firm Pilates Studio.
Do not wear jewelry or bring valuables. Studio will not be responsible for lost items.
Turn off or silence cell phones.
Joining a group class is subject to instructor approval.
Be quiet if a class is in session.
Appointments & Reservations
Appointments are required for Pilates sessions.
Appointments may be scheduled outside of the listed operating hours.
All appointments must be secured by credit cards.
All classes and appointments are subject to the 24-hour cancellation policy. Studio must be notified of cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Otherwise, the full amount of the service will be assessed.
