Aloha and welcome to The Firm Pilates Studio in Kahala, Honolulu, Hawaii.  We specialize in teaching fun challenging and efficient Pilates sessions in our fully-equipped studio.  Group classes are for clients with prior group reformer experience.  Please use the "Sign Up" link below.  If you are new to Pilates or would like to schedule a private session, please email us with your desired days and times for appointments.  We rarely answer the phone, but we will respond to your email as soon as possible.  We are fully booked for sessions through mid-March.  We will do our best to accommodate your schedule.  Please review the studio policies prior to arriving at the studio.  Mahalo.
